The San Jacinto Mall sign, which used to advertise the old mall to folks, finally came down this week. In a classic “out with the old, in with the new,” the sign removal signifies that the new San Jacinto Marketplace is on its way.
Fidelis Realty Partners is heading the development, which will feature a 134,000-square-foot Sam’s Club, Dick’s Sporting Goods, a modern Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, HomeGoods, Haverty’s, Five Below, Portillo’s, Pluckers Wing Bar and EOS Fitness. More restaurant announcements are expected in early 2026.
