As national and local governments set parameters and procedures, our highest priority continues to be the safety and security of our tenants, residents, customers, patients, employees, and nearby communities. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues, so does the impact on each of these groups and we’re here to provide the latest information and offer our support. Not only do we recognize that businesses in each of our centers are trying to adapt to this everchanging environment, but our neighbors rely upon our centers to have the necessary food, medicine, and services available to them and we are following national, state, and local guidelines at each of our properties, respectively. Select your state for reopening guidelines in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Colorado.
Below you’ll find information and resources to help get through these challenging times.
As COVID-19 continues to impact our nation, we encourage you to visit the following websites to stay abreast of the latest information and recommendations.
Should any of our tenants become aware that anyone on your premises has been diagnosed with coronavirus, please notify public health authorities first, but notify your property manager as well and we will help in any way we can.
In addition to the letter sent to tenants, here are some additional resources to help navigate through this troubling time.

In addition to the national resources above, each state also has local assistance in these matters. Below you’ll find resources for every state in which Fidelis is located. Each of these has multiple resources therein.

We recognize that our neighbors rely upon our centers to secure provisions, medication and essential services and we will continue to follow national, state and local mandates at our properties. Additionally, we have implemented more rigorous and consistent sanitation in all common areas including door handles, rails, keypads, and public sitting areas and we encourage our tenants to do the same.
Here at Fidelis, the health and well-being of our team members and their families are of utmost importance and initially we changed our workflow accordingly; encouraging meetings in small groups or via teleconference and providing additional disinfectants and resources in our offices. With the closing of area school districts, team members who had families that had been impacted began working from home which was quickly followed by allowing all non-essential personnel to work remotely, giving them the freedom to make the decision that was best for themselves and their current situation. With offices in Houston and Dallas, Texas, as well as in New Mexico, many have returned to work yet some have chosen to work from home again as we continue to follow local mandates as long as needed.
We will continue to evaluate this ever changing situation and will provide further updates as they become available. We are committed to doing our part to control the spread of this virus and assist our tenants, residents, customers, patients, employees, and nearby communities in any way we can.
