The 200,000-square foot shopping center [Brookhollow Marketplace] on the former Exxon campus at 4500 Dacoma St. now has several stores open with more coming.
Construction manager Kevin Harris with Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners said Burlington and Five Below are already open. The Five Below store was its 1,000th in the U.S.
Harris said Ross and Old Navy plan to open in October with ULTA Beauty, TJ Maxx, Michaels and Rack Room Shoes coming in 2021. Floor & Décor and Bath & Body Works are two other signed tenants whose opening plans are to be announced.
