The filing names SJM South Associates, LLC as the property owner and describes the scope as restaurant, bar, kitchen and dining areas. Those registration details are typically filed before leases are finalized and can be updated as construction and permitting move along.
Where it fits in Baytown's redevelopment
The planned Pluckers would sit inside the broader San Jacinto Marketplace redevelopment at I 10 and Garth, a 105 acre project aiming to replace the old San Jacinto Mall with retail, dining, green space and entertainment, according to HAR.com. HAR’s report lists Pluckers alongside other announced tenants such as Portillo’s and Bubba’s 33 and notes that the development’s first retail phase is scheduled to open in late 2026.
