Grand Central Park Welcomes New Retailers

November 8, 2023

CONROE, TX – Grand Central Park continues to add notable retailers to both its City Central commercial district and 336 Marketplace shopping center, including a Living Spaces home furnishings store.

The 150,000-square-foot facility will be situated at 10900 Interstate 45 S. in the Conroe community’s City Central commercial district. Shoppers will enjoy access to an array of furniture and home accents, including celebrity-designed collections such as Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines.

In addition to a showroom, the store will house a Revive Sleep Center, a state-of-the-art design center, a cafe and a kids’ fun room. Living Spaces will open to the public Friday, Nov. 17. The retailer will host an exclusive VIP event 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16. Reservations for the event can be made online at www.livingspaces.com/stores/conroe.

336 Marketplace welcomed a new Petco, 1410 N. Loop 336 W., in October. The pet store offers a selection of pet products as well as services such as professional dog grooming, a convenient vaccination clinic, aquatics department, and obedience classes.

Tropical Smoothie Café is expected to open on Nov. 13 at 215 S Loop 336 W. The fast-casual restaurant features made-to-order smoothies, wraps, flatbreads and quesadillas.

Also set to open at 336 Marketplace next summer is Pediatrix, a leading provider of specialized health care for women, babies and children in the United States.

Alcohol retailer Total Wine & More is slated to open its doors in 2025.

336 Marketplace is located on the southwest corner of I-45 and South Loop 336 in Grand Central Park. City Central encompasses Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Marcel Boulevard mixed-use development and the Hyatt Regency Conroe Hotel and Convention Center.
