H-E-B Grocery Co. opened its latest store in the fast-growing Houston suburb of Clear Lake City on Feb. 17. The store, dubbed the H-E-B Clear Lake Marketplace, is at 3501 Clear Lake City Blvd. and spans more than 100,000 square feet. The development is the anchor tenant for Trendmaker Homes' The Reserve at Clear Lake City, the first master plan community to be developed in the area in 20 years.
Fidelis Realty Partners developed the new location in partnership with Trendmaker's master-planned community, which entered its second phase of construction last month.
