John Mathes and Paul Cooke III of The Retail Connection were involved in the transaction along with Steven Schneider of Site Selection Group.

Taylor Stell, Brett Lewis and George Tanghongs of Lee & Associates represented the buyer while Henry S. Miller represented the seller.
A Dallas-based investor has bought the former headquarters of the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce at 10707 Preston Road. While terms of the deal were not disclosed, the buyer did take out a $2.5 million loan from Veritex Community Bank to make the purchase, according to Dallas County deed records. The Chamber has hired Site Selection Group to find it a new headquarters.
