Austin-based Whole Foods plans to open one of its new concept stores — 365 by Whole Foods Market — at the northeast corner of Yale and Loop 610 near the popular Garden Oaks/greater Heights neighborhoods.
Whole Foods will lease space for the new concept — the first of its kind in Texas — in a new project to be developed by Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners called Yale Marketplace.
The 365 store will offer a “value-oriented” mix of products targeted to millennials.
