336 Marketplace, a development of Fidelis Realty Partners the southwest corner of Interstate 45 and South Loop 336 in Conroe’s Grand Central Park community, is getting more retailers. Mod Pizza, Wasabi Bistro, Chase Bank and AT&T will soon open, followed by Chick-fil-A, Nails of America, NOA Lash Studio and T-Mobile. The center is anchored by a Kroger Marketplace, Marshalls, Ross, Michaels and HomeGoods. Other tenants: Supercuts, Sprint, Ideal Dental, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Whataburger, Starbucks and America’s Best.
