President and CEO Alan Hassenflu co-founded Fidelis 15 years ago with a portfolio of 1 million square feet in Houston. It’s since grown to 10 million square feet of property, including projects in the works, across 60 properties under management in 10 cities. Hassenflu met with the Chronicle recently to talk shop.
