Meyerland Plaza, the bustling shopping center surrounded by the Meyerland and Bellaire neighborhoods, is being sold to a local commercial real estate firm that owns major retail properties across the Houston area.
The buyer, Fidelis Realty Partners, is purchasing the 965,000-square-foot property in partnership with New York-based BlackRock.
Fidelis Principal Lynn Davis said the company has redevelopment plans in mind for the property but that it is too early to discuss them.
