San Jacinto Mall opened its doors in Baytown, Texas, in 1981, and will soon become the primary shopping and dining destination known as San Jacinto Marketplace. Fidelis purchased the mall in 2015 with plans to demolish and redevelop creating the area’s premier shopping destination within a family-friendly center where the community can congregate to enjoy any number of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in an inviting, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing environment. With the knowledge that those plans would be more straightforward with the purchase of several buildings and parking fields within the mall not already owned by Fidelis, as those stores went out of business, Fidelis purchased the land therein, so Fidelis now owns all the land in the former mall area. While a center of this magnitude does not happen overnight, Fidelis is committed to the process of developing this center into the most prominent retail shopping destination in the region.

Retail space for lease at this development includes anchor spaces, junior anchor spaces, small shop spaces, and pad sites. Office is also planned at this mixed-use center in the near future.
