The candidate will be responsible for understanding the project deliverables and creating timeline for different individuals and groups involved in the project to make sure the project remains on track. They will also need to be familiar with the goals of a project and the responsibilities of all parties involved. They will be working with general contractors, architects, and civil engineering firms to perform/complete the following: estimating, scheduling, contractor management, sitework, tilt-wall construction, and entitlement processes. This position is a field position for a project located in Baytown, Texas, and will report to the Senior Construction Manager.

Education: Required
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university (Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field to the Construction Industry)

Reaching above and below, stooping, bending, periodic construction site visits. Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment, files, and performs specialized skills.
