Planning assistance and studies on varied land uses using hand sketches and/or CAD
Lease exhibits
Presentation-quality site plans
Understanding of construction documents
Knowledge of building codes and city code ordinances
Review drawings to include coordination with building construction, project design criteria, site development standards and/or Architectural Review Committee guidelines
Communication and collaboration with Leasing, Legal, Construction, Engineers, Architects, and governmental entities
Assist Leasing through site planning development and design concepts that promote the viability of unique tenant spaces, including graphic design, presentations, and material selections
Maintain and update leasing plans and Lease Outline Documents (LOD) utilizing BOMA standards
CAD Site planning to include vehicle access, turn studies, and entitlements coordination
Site planning to ensure good visibility, accessibility, parking, and pylon/building signage

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
Retail site planning, retail tenant coordination, retail design and/or construction
Retail LOD
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
AutoCAD
Revit and Blue Beam experience is a plus but not required
