Houston-based Fidelis purchased the Shops of Bella Terra, a more than 300,000-square-foot retail center along the Grand Parkway between the Westpark Tollway and Bellaire Blvd in Richmond. JLL listed the property for the sellers, Shops of Bella Terra Owner LP and Bella Terra TRS Owner LLC. The center is the sixth property purchased by Fidelis within the last year, including Lake Woodlands Plaza in The Woodlands in the Houston market. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Ross, Total Wine, Ulta, PetSmart, Party City, and 24 Hour Fitness. Walmart and Kohl’s were not part of the sale.
“Fidelis already owns centers in the immediate trade area, Grand Lakes Marketplace and Meadows Marketplace, located just down The Grand Parkway in Cinco Ranch,” Julia Alston, leasing representative for Fidelis, said in an announcement. “With several national anchors and many smaller stores that area residents rely on for retail, personal services, healthcare, and dining, Shops of Bella Terra is a great addition to the Fidelis portfolio.”
