Rapid City, S.D. - A national retailer just opened its doors in Rapid City and kicked things off with a big community donation to a local school.
National discount retailer Burlington Stores Incorporated opened it's new location at Rushmore Crossing in Rapid city. A grand opening ceremony was held Friday morning with a ribbon cutting for the new store.
The retailer offers savings on ladies apparel, menswear, home décor and much more. Burlington also donated $5,000 to Knollwood Heights Elementary during their grand opening.
Burlington District Manager Luciano Martinez says, "We're making significant donation to provide critical funds to teachers and their students to build brighter futures. So to celebrate our grand opening, we're supporting classrooms at a nearby school of Knollwood Elementary School."
