The Market at Willis Shopping Centeris a 69.7-acre development located at the southeast corner of I-45 and FM 1097, and the center will be anchored by H-E-B. As of Aug. 23, the H-E-B is slated to open in late 2022, according to Lisa Helfman, the senior director of public affairs for H-E-B's Houston region.
