Dick's Sporting Goods is rolling out the "green carpet" to celebrate the opening of its Conroe store in 336 Marketplace.
On Saturday, Oct. 26, youth athletes and teams of the Conroe area will have a chance to get their photos taken while strolling down the green carpet VIP style from 1 p.m to 1:25 p.m. at he new store at 251 S. Loop 336 West.
Houston Texan running back Lamar Miller will greet athletes on the green carpet before signing autographs in the store from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
Pittsburgh-based Dick's Sporting Goods has grown to 10 stores in the Houston areas since entering the market in 2016.
