Drivers along Garth Road and the Interstate 10 feeder are starting to get a glimpse of what’s ahead for the San Jacinto Marketplace. Two 80-foot pylon signs along I-10 are being installed with 12 panels on each side. A 60-foot pylon with a digital marquee is planned for the west side of the property, while two additional 42.5-foot signs will advertise businesses within the development. One will stand near Garth Road and Independence Boulevard, and the other at Garth Road and Lone Star Avenue. Stores are expected to open at the Marketplace later this year.
