The start of a new year also brings new and diverse dining experiences to Montgomery County.

From Conroe’s first “Cajun steakhouse” to Montgomery County’s first In-N-Out Burger and a variety of  restaurants coming to the new Market at Willis Shopping Center, there will be plenty of new dining experiences in 2023.

Crust Pizza Co.

Along with the opening of a new H-E-B in Willis in November, a new location of Crust Pizza Co. is also open in the same shopping center.

The location is at 909 W. Montgomery Street in Willis and is owned by Willis-area residents Chris and Susan Harte.

“We look forward to providing a great family dining experience to the actively growing Willis community and can’t wait to give back to local schools and organizations through our spirit night programs.” Chris said.

Crust Pizza Co. offers 15 gourmet pizzas, freshly-made salads, hand-crafted sandwiches, desserts and more.  This location will open in early 2023.

La Madeleine

Work is taking place now to open a La Madeleine location at 336 Marketplace near Crescent Campus Boulevard on Conroe’s south side. The eatery will be in the same building with Buff City Soaps and Jersey Mikes Subs.

According to information about the company, La Madeleine celebrates French cuisine using recipes passed down from one generation to the next.

The first La Madeleine location opened in Dallas in 1983. There are now more than 80 locations across the U.S. with the first Montgomery County location located in The Woodlands’ Market Street. No opening date has been announced.
