Houston Business Journal was first to report that Fidelis Realty Partners would purchase 112 acres of the 2,046-acre Grand Central Park site in Conroe to develop 750,000 square feet of retail. Houston-based Boucher Design Group is the architect, but a general contractor was not yet selected at the time of the announcement.
