LemonShark Poké opened its first Houston-area restaurant Jan. 20 at 14309 E. Sam Houston Parkway N., Ste. 700, Humble. The California-based restaurant franchise embodies Hawaiian and Japanese flavors to create signature poke bowls, which is cubed, raw fish served over a base, such as rice or noodles. Patrons can also top poke with a selection of vegetables, fruit and other toppings.
