Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners announced Aug. 1 that the H-E-B anchoring its new Mont Belvieu Marketplace development recently broke ground.
The 87,000-square-foot grocery store is expected to open early next year, Fidelis said in a press release. The development is at the corner of Interstate 10 and FM 3180/Eagle Drive.
