The prospect of a redeveloped mall is still alive and well according to Fidelis Reality Partners CEO Alan Hassenflu, who spoke about revitalization efforts for the San Jacinto Mall at Rotary Club’s luncheon Wednesday.
The 1 million square foot project, known as San Jacinto Marketplace, is an open-air concept that will feature a large, green-space plaza, creating a venue for a variety of gatherings, festivals, concerts and events.
