Fidelis Realty Partners is the developer and owner of the property.  Fidelis preleased over 60% of the GLA of Village Plaza at Bunker Hill and upon completion will manage the property as well.  The center boasts a 130,000 square foot HEB grocery store which is complete and open for business.  Other major tenants include PetSmart, Academy, Toys’R’Us/ Babies’R’Us and CompUSA. The project is near completion and will wrap up the final phase of   construction in the first quarter of 2009.
