The Marq*E Entertainment Center is located on I-10 and Silber Road, just west of Loop 610.  Fidelis Realty Partners is orchestrating a redevelopment of the center in order to open up visibility and additional parking to the tenants.

In addition to the construction of three new pad buildings along Silber Road, Fidelis also plans to demolish the building in the center of the property.
