PRINCIPALS
Alan Hassenflu,
Managing Principal and Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Hassenflu co-founded
Fidelis Realty Partners in 2003. As President of the General
Partner of the company, Mr. Hassenflu is responsible for its overall
operation as well as for leading its Investment and Development
division.
Prior to forming Fidelis,
Mr. Hassenflu began his career with Price Waterhouse in
Dallas and then joined the Houston office of Trammell Crow
Company in 1988 after receiving his graduate degree.
Mr. Hassenflu started his commercial real estate career with
Trammell Crow as a leasing agent and resigned fifteen years
later as a Senior Managing Director in the firm. Mr. Hassenflu was
the largest retail investor and developer within Trammell Crow
nationwide, and was a member of the company’s Retail Investment
Committee.
Mr. Hassenflu holds a B.B.A. from
Texas Tech University, an M.B.A. from the University of
Texas at Austin, and also obtained a CPA certification. He is a
licensed real estate broker, a member of the International Council
of Shopping Centers, a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute, and
a member of a Commercial Retail Council within ULI.
Mr. Hassenflu is also the Chairman of the Board of ProVision,
Inc., a non-profit school, manhood development and enterprise
academy serving inner city youth.
He serves on the Advisory Boards of both Amegy Bank and Texas
Tech University’s Rawls College of Business.
Lynn Davis,
Principal and Chief Marketing
Officer
Ms. Davis has spent her entire
professional career in the commercial real estate industry and is an
Executive Vice President of Fidelis Realty Partners. She
co-founded the company in 2003 with Mr. Hassenflu and heads its
marketing, leasing and brokerage efforts.
Ms. Davis began her real estate
career as an office broker in Houston. She joined Trammell Crow
Company’s Houston office in 1987, serving initially as a
Marketing Representative and Property Manager and resigned fifteen
years later as a Marketing Director and Vice President. She held the
distinction of being the top retail broker and producer nationwide
for Trammell Crow in 2000, 2001, and 2002.
Ms. Davis holds a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas
at Austin. She is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers, and a Board member of the
Cattle Baron's organization, which benefits cancer research in the
Houston area.
Glenn Airola,
Principal, General Counsel and
Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Airola joined
Fidelis Realty Partners in
2007 as a Principal in the firm.
He is responsible for the oversight and strategic direction
of all legal and contractual matters for
Fidelis’ numerous
partnerships, as well as the firm’s operating company.
Mr. Airola came to
Fidelis from the
Nathan Sommers law firm in
Houston, where he was a senior partner specializing in commercial
real estate. He was
Fidelis’ outside counsel for many years and was involved in all
facets of the company’s commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to Nathan Sommers,
Mr. Airola was a senior attorney for
American General Insurance
Company and prior to that was an associate attorney with the law
firm of Winstead Sechrest &
Minick. Mr. Airola
is also a former Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, and served the
United States in the first Gulf War in the early 1990s.
Mr. Airola graduated from
Radford University in Virginia in 1987 with a bachelor of arts, and
subsequently received his law degree from the
South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he was an Editor of its
Law Review. He is a
member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the real
estate section of the Texas State Bar, and the Houston Bar
Association.
VICE PRESIDENTS
Gladys Zamora, V.P.-Controller
Ms. Zamora has served as Vice President and Controller of Fidelis Realty Partners since January of 2004. She oversees the day to day operations of the accounting department and is responsible for the financial reporting for the company and all of its properties.
Ms. Zamora has over twenty five years of accounting experience, twenty of which are in residential and commercial real estate. Before joining Fidelis, Ms. Zamora began her career as a Property Accountant with Judwin Properties and went on to serve as Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant for Trammell Crow Company for nine years. She subsequently joined Imperial Sugar Refinery as Plant Controller and Texas Medical Center as the Accounting Manager for Operations.
Ms. Zamora received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. Paul University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. She is a member of the Texas Society of Philippine-American CPAs and also serves as a member of the Finance Council at her church in Sugar Land.
Melanie Hoff , V.P.- Property Management
Ms. Hoff brings over twenty five years of experience to her position as Vice President of Property Management at Fidelis Realty Partners. She joined Fidelis in 2003 and leads the company’s team of property managers, who together are responsible for a portfolio of over four million square feet of retail and office properties.
Prior to joining Fidelis, Ms. Hoff managed retail and office properties in the Dallas area for fourteen years before relocating to open an office in Houston for Protea Real Estate, where she served as Regional Manager from 1998 until 2003. Ms. Hoff is a member of the Houston Building Owners and Managers Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Dan Muniza , V.P.- Property Management
Mr. Muniza is a Registered Architect who brings over twenty five years of experience and leadership to his position as Vice President of Construction and Facilities Management at Fidelis Realty Partners. He joined Fidelis in 2010 to administer the companies construction efforts.
Prior to joining Fidelis, Mr. Muniza served in Senior Executive roles leading development and construction teams for companies such as Centro Properties Group, New Plan Excel Realty Trust, CenterAmerica Property Trust, and Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Muniza has supervised a staff of 15 people in 3 regions, combined with strong budgeting and planning skills along with a technical background. Mr. Muniza has his Architectural Registration in the State of Texas, and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Enviornmental Design from Texas A & M University. Mr. Muniza is a member of the American Institute of Architects, ICSC CDP certified and is NCARB accredited.
